The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of Business Line's key strategic priorities. This highly visible position is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing cross-functional initiatives that directly contribute to the company's growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage. What you'll do
Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of critical strategic initiatives from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and success metrics.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, coordinating efforts across departments such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to achieve shared objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and internal data analysis to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Develop compelling business cases, financial models, and presentations to secure buy-in from senior leadership and stakeholders.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership on emerging trends, potential disruptions, and areas for innovation.
Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic initiatives, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on initiative progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to align teams, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.

What experience you'll need
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in strategy, management consulting, program management, or a similar strategic role within a [relevant industry, e.g., technology, finance, healthcare] company.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
