Position Overview:
The Sr Supply Chain Manager - Dutch Brothers is accountable for the end-to-end supply chain performance of one of our key Growth Platform Brands, Dutch Brothers. This role ensures operational excellence across planning, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and Co-Packer operations, with a strong emphasis on executional rigor and responsiveness.
Given the diverse spectrum of Dutch Brothers' product portfolio--which includes both shelf-stable and time-sensitive items--experience in manufacturing and shop floor operations is essential. The ideal candidate brings firsthand knowledge of plant-level processes and understands how decisions made upstream impact execution downstream. This operational grounding is critical to delivering the speed, precision, and service quality expected by our customers.
Operating within a matrix structure, this role reports directly to the Business Unit General Manager, with a dotted-line relationship to the Senior Director of Supply Chain. It also serves as the BU's primary representative in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and plays a critical role in supporting the BU's growth through cross-functional alignment and supply chain agility.


Key Responsibilities
Demand & Supply Planning
§ Work collaboratively with the Demand Manager, making sure demand signals are captured and fed into the Demand Planning Process, providing support for the delivery of accurate sales forecasts.
§ Lead supply planning processes specific to the BU, incorporating inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Operations in order to create the 24 month Operational Plan.
§ Carry out demand-supply balance, identifying supply risks, and ensuring capacity and inventory strategies are aligned with evolving customer needs.
§ Actively participate in the IBP process, representing BU priorities and constraints in the Supply Review.
§ Coordinates preparation of the BU Specific Supply Review & Capacity Planning materials as part of the IBP Process

Warehousing, Distribution & Logistics
§ Collaborates seamlessly with warehousing and distribution teams to align logistics operations with Dutch Brothers unique product profile and high service standards.
§ Strategically partners with the Logistics Team to enhance the performance of internal and 3PL operations, driving order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and agility.
§ Contributes to the optimization of space utilization and inventory flow, enabling efficient handling of high-velocity items and adapting to seasonal demand shifts.
§ Collaborate with Customer Service and logistics providers to resolve freight claims, monitor carrier performance, and manage time-critical deliveries.
§ Participates in QBR's with key Logistics Services Providers to ensure BU specific service and delivery KPI's are being met

Inventory Management for High-Turn SKUs
§ Ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock rotation for time-sensitive and perishable products.
§ Adjust inventory approaches based on lifecycle stages, demand variability, and customer order patterns.
§ Uphold traceability, compliance, and readiness for recalls as needed.

Co-Packer Operations
§ Provide support for the Management of our Co-Manufacturing Partners (Co-Packers) supporting the BU
§ Works closely with other internal functions, such as planning, scheduling, logistics, and inventory control for Co-Packers to ensure alignment with BU supply chain strategies.
§ Build strong working relationships with Co-Packers and works collaboratively with other internal functions to drive performance, efficiency, and responsiveness.

Process Optimization & Compliance
§ Champion process improvement initiatives that increase supply chain speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
§ Ensure all operations meet food safety, regulatory, and traceability standards, in partnership with Quality Assurance.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
§ Lead and develop a high-performing diverse supply chain team including planners, coordinators, and analysts.
§ Serve as the central supply chain liaison between the BU and corporate functions such as Procurement, Finance, and QA.
§ Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the matrix organization.

Qualifications
§ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
§ 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, ideally in food, beverage, or FMCG industries.
§ Cold Chain Experience.
§ Proven experience managing third-party logistics and Co-Packer operations.
§ Strong track record in demand planning, inventory control, and end-to-end supply chain optimization.
§ Hands-on manufacturing and shop floor experience with both shelf-stable and time-sensitive items, with a clear understanding of how operational execution impacts supply chain outcomes.
§ Proficient in ERP systems, forecasting tools, and supply chain analytics.
§ ASCM certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management), or CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution) are highly preferred.
§ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and customer-centric approach.
§ Comfortable working in a matrixed environment, balancing multiple stakeholder priorities.

Hours and Pay:
§ Position is a straight 5-day week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and will be based at our facility in Little Chute, WI. We offer a competitive base pay rate and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
