Children's Community Based Therapist (Healthcare)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childrens Community-Based Therapist to join our Community-Based Services team. Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Community-Based Services, the therapist will deliver person-centered, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and least restrictive behavioral health services to children and families in community settings.
Key Responsibilities

Provide therapy and case management services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and formal review.

Deliver clinical and supportive counseling (individual, group, and family therapy) using trauma-informed, solution-focused, and recovery-oriented practices.

Facilitate psycho-educational groups such as parenting skills, independent living, anger management, and behavior management.

Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to consumer needs (e.g., Infant Mental Health, Home-Based Services, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

Coordinate care with families, professionals, schools, social service agencies, and community partners.

Provide crisis intervention and referrals when necessary.

Maintain accurate documentation and meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
