TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our Smart Mobility Product development team. This position will be based in the Nashville, TN office.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an analytically driven Product Manager to shape the future of our mobility platform. In this role, you will be a contributor to the mobility engagement strategies for our B2C and B2B product roadmap. You will work collaboratively with business, design, engineering, and finance teams to translate customer needs, market trends, and financial insights into impactful product experiences. This position requires strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret consumer research and conduct financial cost-benefit analyses to inform product decisions and prioritize the roadmap. Occasional business-related travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Innovation
Support and drive the mobile product roadmap with a focus on strategic recommendations and business goals
Conduct competitive analysis and trend research to inform product positioning and differentiation
Identify and evaluate opportunities for B2C and B2B commerce integration
Data-Driven Product Development:
Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Power BI, Looker) to assess feature performance and user behavior
Design and interpret A/B tests and multivariate experiments to validate product hypotheses
Build dashboards and visualizations that combine behavioral and financial data for decision-making
Consumer Research & Financial Analysis:
Lead interpretation of consumer research, surveys, and behavioral studies to uncover actionable insights
Conduct financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate feature investments and ROI
Integrate user data and financial metrics into roadmap prioritization and stakeholder reporting
Assess trade-offs between user experience, technical complexity, and business impact
Product Design & Experience:
Collaborate with UX/UI designers in Figma to develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
Map customer journeys and pain points to inform feature prioritization and experience design
Champion intuitive, seamless, and user-friendly product experiences
Execution & Delivery:
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics aligned with Product goals
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature testing
Support pilot programs and early releases, analyzing feedback to refine product direction
Report findings, risks, and opportunities to support product goals
Cross-functional Product guidance:
Serve as the connective tissue across product, design, engineering, and external partners
Ensure digital scalability and configuration readiness to support rapid iteration
Communicate product vision and progress through compelling narratives and presentations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
3-5 years in a product analyst or digital strategy role.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Excel).
Strong SQL skills for querying and interpreting complex datasets.
Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms (Dynatrace, Google Analytics).
Proven ability to interpret consumer research and behavioral data.
Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis.
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments.
Skilled in Figma or equivalent design collaboration tools.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and digital product delivery.
Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable working in new business development environments.
Nice to Have:
Experience in commerce integration, including checkout flows or vendor enablement
Familiarity with gamification mechanics, engagement tactics, and behavior-driven design
