Senior Admin Finance Coordinator (Project Management)
The Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Administrative and Financial Coordinator to support the department¿s financial and HR operations. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with purchasing guidelines, supporting budget planning, and assisting with HR and payroll processes. The ideal candidate is organized, highly analytical, and thrives in a collaborative environment focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Oversees and provides professional administrative support, financial management and budget planning for the department.
Duties:
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or related field, AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months related experience.
