Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, and physicians
• Document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
• New graduates welcome - mentorship available
