Hybrid Distribution - Americas International Group, AVP - State Street Global Advisors (Finance)

We are currently hiring for a hybrid distribution role within State Street Global Advisors Americas International Group. In this role, you will work to support the relationships with top wealth financial institutions as well as provide valuable client solutions to assist them in growing their business using State Street's investment products. You will support the Americas International business across Canada, LatAm and Offshore.

The position will be based out of Boston.

As a Hybrid Distribution:

• You will support key client and strategic partner relationships as a member of the Americas International Group.
• You will help to identify the needs of our clients varying business practices.
• You will help to cultivate new and existing relationships, driving Net New Revenue and Net New Assets.
• You will support travel throughout the Region with various partner firms and index providers.
• You will build and maintain relationships with key internal business partners, including Marketing, Research, and Client Enablement Teams to effectively deliver SSGA and SPDR ETFs resources to clients.

• You will attend client meetings and conferences as required.
• You will engage with our Business Intelligence and Data team to assure the quality of our reporting in Broadridge and for our QBRs/Scorecards.
• You will develop and maintain the contact database using Salesforce.
• You will deliver risk excellence and comply with the sales supervision culture that demonstrates and promotes the highest ethical standards.

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Series 7 and 63 preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the investment management industry
• Strong technical ability and investment acumen
• Strong product knowledge of ETFs, alternatives, mutual funds, separate accounts, and related products
• Self-motivated individual that can work both independently and within a team structure
• Demonstrates integrity, dedication to excellence and motivation to succeed
• Strong leadership skills
• Extraordinary verbal and written communication and sales presentation skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly while applying creativity
• Fluent in Spanish and/or French is desired
• Travel up to 50% may be required
