- Facilitating fun, creative, and therapeutic activities for residents
- Getting to know residents and tailoring programs to their interests
- Coordinating with other departments to support holistic care
- Keeping documentation of participation and activity outcomes
- Spreading positivity, laughter, and community spirit throughout our facility!
