Sr Project Management Specialist (Finance)



As a Sr. Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing complex projects. You will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing guidance to project management professionals. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

You will report directly to our Sr. Software Engineering Supervisor, and you will work out of our Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrate users and accounts on different platforms.
  • Facilitate application integration engagement projects between different stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define process objectives and software design.
  • Design and document optimized workflows using BPM tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and change management efforts.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor process performance.
  • Facilitate and host training sessions to align internal/external stakeholders and ensure adoption.
  • Support digital transformation projects by aligning technology with business needs.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to leadership.

  • 5+ years of experience in business process analysis or improvement roles.
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and BPM software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with software project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM/FSL and Oracle EBS are a plus.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
  • Experience in leading and managing large-scale and complex projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
