Client Services Consultant - Cigna Healthcare - Hybrid (North Carolina) (Finance)



This hybrid role will require the incumbent candidate to come into the local Cigna office 3 days per week.

As a Sales Client Account Support Senior Analyst, your main job is to help our clients and sales team work better together. You will be in charge of a group of clients and make sure they get the help they need. This means answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they are happy with our services.

You'll work closely with brokers (people who help sell our services), your manager, and other teams to make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll also help fix problems before they get bigger and find out why they happened so we can stop them from happening again.

This job is important because it helps keep our clients happy, which helps our company grow. You'll need to be good at talking with people, staying organized, and thinking ahead. You'll also need to understand how our products work so you can explain them clearly and help clients use them the right way.

The incumbent candidate must be based out of the following office:

  • Charlotte, NC
  • Raleigh, NC

What You'll Do:

  • Be the main contact for a group of clients and brokers.
  • Help with daily questions and fix problems quickly.
  • Work with your manager and teammates to keep clients happy.
  • Go to local meetings with clients and brokers.
  • Handle your daily tasks on your own, but ask for help when needed.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and brokers.
  • Explain our products and services clearly.
  • Understand and follow rules and processes.
  • Help solve problems by finding out what went wrong and how to fix it.
  • Work with other teams to get things done.
  • Help the sales team by understanding what was sold and making sure everything is set up correctly.
  • Keep track of details and meet deadlines.

What You Need:

  • A college degree is preferred, or 3+ years of similar work experience.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or support is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good at solving problems and paying attention to details.
  • Able to stay organized and meet deadlines.
  • Strong speaking and writing skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Able to work with different teams and customers.
  • Willing to attend local events and possibly travel.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
