The Office Associates are responsible for assisting the Office Coordinator in completing daily tasks required for the operation of Hub Inc. In addition, communicating operational changes with the Office Coordinator that could contribute to the efficiency of Hub Inc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist customers with placing orders · Invoicing · Customer service resolution · Direct incoming phone calls for location · Greet and direct visitors · Assist with scheduling of repairs for office equipment when needed · Assist with the filing and organization of office records · Maintain Driver Logs and Weekly Delivery Schedules · Assist accounting department · Process incoming product returns · Communicate with customers regarding product information (i.e. new product intro, pre books, recalls, and warehouse inventories)
