Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist

As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the organization's sourcing operations digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our Sourcing and Procurement function by implementing streamlined processes, best practices and ensuring the continuity through digital initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute solutions that align with the organization's goals and metrics.

You'll be collaborating everyday with cross-functional stakeholders, to achieve business objectives. This role will leverage strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and provide with the ability to drive change across the organization.

Establish and drive Aerospace Sourcing strategies in alignment with business Leadership. This role will be performing within the Mechanical and Electromechanical Global Sourcing Business Team. The role is responsible for the results associated with the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Long-Term Plan. You will have responsibility for driving competitive commodity supply strategies to achieve Lowest Total Cost, improved Working Capital via robust Planning, Negotiations and Execution of your strategies. You will deliver value from utilization of High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination. You will manage Supplier Performance to support your commodity and ensure supply continuity. You will be managing several projects in a dynamic global environment and will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build reporting solutions to monitor Key Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and digital tools.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status and impact of Sourcing Operations initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, lead and execute comprehensive digital transformation initiatives.

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline existing digital tools withing the Sourcing Operations Team.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal customers to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project management, data analytics and process improvement.
