Dental Provider Recruiter Senior Staff (Manufacturing)

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking an experienced Dental Provider Recruiter on our Provider Recruitment team. You will be responsible for strategic and comprehensive sourcing and recruitment of dental providers based on the needs and goals of Leidos QTC Health Services. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A degree of creativity and latitude will be needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partners with management and physicians to understand talent needs, devise sourcing strategies and build pool of viable candidates
• Leads the execution of the Provider Recruitment strategies
• Analyze market trends and provider workforce data to influence workforce planning
• Leads recruitment projects or initiatives
• Represents Leidos QTC at national conferences, career fairs and recruiting events
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and selecting providers for nationwide contracted positions
• Performs outbound calls to potential and existing candidates by telephone and e-mail to qualify them for potential job opportunities
• Responsible for educating prospective candidates on the benefits of contracts
• Responsible for building and maintaining candidate relationships
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education 
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in recruitment (preferably in the Dental/ healthcare industry)
• If applicable, must be able to pass a federal NACI background check and/or obtain and maintain additional clearances as specified by the contract

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced experienced in the principles and procedures of candidate recruitment, selection, compensation, and credentialing of healthcare providers.
• Persuasive sales acumen with closing ability
• Possess strong presentation and negotiation skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized with good time management skills.
• Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
• Experience in developing and executing territory strategies.
• Advanced negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient with Microsoft products, ATS/CRS systems, Internet Job Boards and internet and social media recruiting.
