Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate and strategic sales leader to join our hotel leadership team. This individual will identify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities while maximizing revenue through effective upselling and strategic sales planning. The role involves managing key client relationships and working closely with internal stakeholders, including the general manager, revenue management, and VP of sales and marketing, to ensure the right pricing, market positioning, and group mix. A successful candidate will also lead the preparation of proposals, contracts, and event documentation while acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales and event process. In addition, this position plays a vital role in representing the hotel in the community and ensuring outstanding guest experiences.
Leadership responsibilities include collaborating with other sales team members, coordinating departmental functions, and contributing to the property's overall financial goals. This is a highly collaborative, customer-focused position ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
