Concierge (Personal Services)

The Concierge position plays a critical role with a focus on establishing effective work relationships with patients and families. Providing exceptional customer service to all patients, guests and employees. Assistance may include making arrangements with other departments in skilled nursing facility, to ensure that all requests are managed well and services are provided seamlessly. This role will also perform various and other routine administrative duties.
