Complex Sales Manager - Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55 (Sales)
The Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55 San Francisco are looking for a Complex Sales Manager to join their dynamic team! This individual will be responsible for selling all markets. This will not a be full remote position - our ideal candidate must be local.
This is a great opportunity to advance your sales career to the next level with this amazing hotel complex in downtown San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years hotel sales industry experience.
What will I be doing?
A Sales Manager is responsible for securing groups and conventions by building and establishing relationships with customers. Hilton is looking for dynamic individuals who are well-rounded and business minded.
The sales office in a hotel is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is a true launching pad for those who aspire to grow their careers in hospitality.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
This role requires strong sales, communication, and networking skills. The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and then apply a disciplined approach to qualify, negotiate and secure new revenue for the hotel.

What are we looking for?
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2+ years hospitality and/or hotel Sales related experience.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• Knowledge of the hotel property management systems (Delphi.fdc)

The Hourly Rate Range for this position will be $46.00-$53.00 (+ bonus) based on experience. #LI-JL2
