Sr College Ops Specialist (Project Management)
This position supports the Dean's Office by ensuring the effective use of the Dean's time in advancing college-wide projects and priorities through coordination of internal operations and facilitation of engagement with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and external partners. The role independently initiates and manages processes related to project execution, logistical planning, internal communications, strategic reporting, and activities that strengthen college operations and stakeholder engagement. It also collaborates closely with MarCom, Human Resources, and the Foundation to promote the college's initiatives, achievements, and strategic goals.
