Program Planner_Analyst (Finance)



As the BRIGHT project recently received a substantial amount of federal funding to grow the project statewide and more assistance in the identification, recruiting, onboarding, and vetting of additional human trafficking organizations (and ancillary service providers) is required. The primary role of this is to promote the project and coordinate prospective partners for the BRIGHT network. This is accomplished through assisting in identifying, recruiting, onboarding and vetting of human trafficking organizations to grow the network of service providers statewide within their respective region (North or South Florida). Coordinated community collaboration is integral to enhanced victim service provision, and this position will directly contribute to this mission and vision of BRIGHT.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in a field directly related to the program, or a Master's degree in area of specialization.

Preferred degree in Criminology, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Public Health, or other related social science degree. Job and/or volunteer experience and/or education related to human trafficking preferred. Located in South Florida region or North Florida region preferred. Connections to human trafficking organizations or state agencies in Northern regions or Southern regions of Florida is preferred. Experience in qualitative and quantitative data is preferred. Position is remote.

Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree.

Assist BRIGHT Project team in the identification, recruitment and cultivation of relationships of human trafficking service providers to create partnerships to build the online, vetted resource referral's network in their respective region.

Assist the BRIGHT project team in the vetting of prospective organizations to ensure safe, trauma informed service delivery and program design, and to assess organizational stability in their respective region. Assist in maintaining records of organizations and systems of activities, including meetings, notes, vetting status, and the like.

Consult with the BRIGHT project team in the evaluation and modification of the BRIGHT network's application and features that may be added to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct research with practitioners to understand what changes would work best for their needs.

Promotes the network by presenting at coalitions, taskforces, conferences, or other related events. Creates materials that are easily understood and received by practitioners, law enforcement, and other relevant stakeholders to promote and inform about the network. Apply
