Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the successful delivery of small to medium-sized digital projects within our Transportation Product Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative solutions such as Traveller Information Systems, Advanced Traffic Management, trip planners, tolling solutions, and parking solutions.
As a Project Manager, you will serve as a key point of coordination between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders. You'll help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality, while gaining valuable experience managing diverse teams and complex client relationships.

In addition to this, you are responsible for the coordination and supervision of your project team, maintaining project team accountability for tasks and the day-to-day delivery of the project. You also have a key role to play in the development of others, both within your project team and the wider business.
Qualifications & Experience:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our global Program Management team. With 5+ years of experience and ideally PMP-certified, you will play a key role in delivering complex, multi-year programs across diverse geographies. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, support proposal development, and contribute to the growth of key client accounts.
As a mid-level leader, you will gain and apply deep knowledge of Arcadis project management processes and tools, while supporting high-profile client engagements and ensuring delivery excellence.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $80,461 - $142, 718. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
