The Role:
Our HVAC Install Field Supervisors are responsible for providing guidance to all HVAC Install field personnel. Their priority is to show technicians how to establish customer rapport in order to lead to positive reviews and repeat business.
What You'll Do:
Provide guidance to all HVAC Install field personnel, ensuring the highest quality work is completed on all projects.
Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles and team meetings.
Show technicians how to establish customer rapport in order to lead to positive reviews and repeat business.
Ensure that the right equipment for each job has been ordered and staged for the install team.
Provide recommendations to customers and/or comfort advisors with the goal of giving every customer the best possible home solution.
Work alongside the HVAC Install Manager to ensure the overall success of the business and provide feedback on scheduled installs.
Work in combination with field trainer to advise them on training opportunities for the install teams.
Respond to customer questions or concerns in an empathetic manner.
Walk and quote all ductwork modifications to meet customer needs
What You'll Need:
5+ years of residential HVAC Install experience
2+ years in a leadership role
HVAC Service experience is a plus!
Good Presentation Skills
Desire to Motivate Technicians to be Better Tomorrow Than They are Today
IT Competence
Ability to Support Technicians with a Flexible Schedule
EPA Certification
