The Data Currency Analyst is responsible for the identification, research, and basic troubleshooting of missing or late payroll data issues identified through reporting for live Equifax Workforce Solution (WS) clients. This position supports efforts to receive and process client employee and payroll data files required to ensure accurate and timely data on the WS databases. The person in this position will also collaborate closely with the Data Load Specialists, Client Relationship Managers, Implementation Specialists, and Data Quality Analysts to ensure quality data for both our employer and verifier clients.
What you will do
Monitor the receipt and assist in the loading of data files, analyzing the data, and identifying trends on a daily basis, and maintain a positive relationship with Equifax High Profile clients.
Support the identification and initial investigation of late/missing payroll data issues reported through system generated reports
Research and analyze past client interactions and issues to identify contacts, trends, and root causes
Provide initial support for file load issues by reviewing error and load reports and working with the necessary internal and external resources
Analyze and assist in resolving issues with client setup and/or file loads.
Assist with client specific proactive initiatives
Maintain communications with client representatives via telephone and e-mail correspondence
Collaborate with Data Quality Analysts, Client Relationship Managers, Implementation Specialists, Operations, Product Management, and Product Development on technical and process related problem resolution for client issues
Support data gathering and monitoring efforts with clients, contributing to pattern and trend identification
Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in carrying out responsibilities
Utilize information technology applications to help clients manage their employee data more efficiently and effectively
Document and track issues related to file transmission process
Regular attendance is an essential function of the job and is required
What experience you need
Bachelor degree and/or 3+ years of experience
Must have basic knowledge or experience with project life cycle and methodology
Proficiency with the Google Suite and other common desktop applications
