Program Manager, Records and Information Management (Finance)

Your Team & Role
The Records Management Office within Global Technology & Operations is seeking a Program Manager for the Enterprise Records and Information Management (RIM) Program. This role is responsible for ensuring that Prudential's records-both internal and customer-related-are properly maintained, preserved, and disposed of in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations impacting Prudential's businesses.

Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
• Develop and manage program policies, procedures, and standards.
• Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Privacy, Law, Vendor Governance, Risk, and other control functions to align on program goals and support cross-enterprise initiatives that enable growth while mitigating risk.
• Lead communication, training, and awareness initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to Records Specialists across business units and corporate areas, including monthly meetings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant on records and information requirements and best practices.
• Support retention and disposition of physical records and structured/unstructured electronic data.
• Lead and execute Annual Attestation and Quality Review processes.
• Facilitate global retention schedule reviews and updates.
• Oversee third-party relationships and vendor performance in support of the Records Management Program.
• Monitor and report on program metrics, performance, and outcomes.

The Skills & Expertise You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Records Management, Information Governance, Data Management, Business Analysis, Risk Management, or a related discipline. Financial services experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Records and Information Management principles and practices, including external regulations, cyber risk mitigation, and the value and use of data.
• Experience working in a large corporate environment.
• Technical subject matter expertise and experience managing electronic records (e.g., email, documents, applications).
• Ability to lead independently with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts and perspectives to the benefit of the organization
• Tech-savvy with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and adapt.
• Commitment to driving innovation and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI, GRC tools, and content management systems is a plus.
• Certifications such as Certified Records Manager (CRM), Information Governance Professional (IGP), Certified Information Professional (CIP), or similar are encouraged but not required.

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
