Donor Outreach Manager (Finance)



Description

Vitalant is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Donor Outreach Manager to play a crucial role in our call center and make significant contributions to our life-saving mission.

Your impact as a Donor Outreach Manager is vital. You will actively s upport Vitalant's life-saving mission by managing the Donor Outreach floor and achieving annual and monthly team goals through effective donor recruitment. You will assist in planning recruitment strategies and increasing blood donations to meet recruitment objectives.

As a Donor Outreach Manager, you'll get to:
  • Ensure the delivery of quality customer service to all customers.
  • Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
  • Assist in the development and implantation of the strategic marketing plan, including programs to respond to business needs.
  • Manage departmental functional areas.
  • Ensure that staff adhere to sales and recruitment processes and maintain accurate information.
  • Report and resolve any deviations within department.
  • Construct the annual operating budget for the CCC and contribute to the overall budgeting process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Valid in state driver's license
  • Three years supervisory experience
Skills/Abilities Required:
  1. Good supervisory skills with the ability to effectively motivate and develop
    personnel.
  2. Effective oral and written communication skills.
  3. Sales/territory management skills.
  4. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter with good organization skills
  5. Must be decisive, results oriented and have good analytical skills.
  6. Flexible, able to deal with change and unpredictability.
  7. Proficient computer skills.
