Location: Hybrid (reporting to Centennial, CO)

Compensation & Benefits Overview

The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado is $87,200-$115,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

  • 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing budgets or P&L.

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Field Service Engineers / Technicians to achieve technical excellence and deliver outstanding service.
  • Own the financial performance of your branch, including P&L, budgets, and forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring service excellence and exploring opportunities for growth.
  • Drive execution of service delivery, project work, and customer commitments.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics and reporting processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Partner with other Honeywell leaders to align strategies, share best practices, and deliver results.
  • Mentor and develop future leaders within your team.
