Senior Agency & Policyholder Service Lead (Administrative)

Amerisure is currently recruiting for a Senior Agency & Policyholder Service Lead that can do a 2-day hybrid approach onsite in one of our offices. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skill set. 

Summary Statement

Collaborate with the Agency Director to build and strengthen relationships with agency clients, policyholders, and internal business partners, ensuring a seamless service experience. This partnership helps to align goals and deliver exceptional value across all interactions.

Essential Tasks/Major Duties

  • Collaborates with agency customers, policyholders and internal business partners to develop and implement service strategies that address customer needs.
  • Conducts needs analysis to ascertain pain points with prior carriers to offer the right service solutions at the right time to the account.
  • Completes root cause analysis for service issues that arise and develops a resolution strategy in collaboration with the agency, policyholder and internal Amerisure departments to mitigate the issue and prevent recurring issues.
  • Develops proactive agency and policyholder service plans which meet business needs and marketplace demands.
  • Responsible for recognizing and escalating service deficiencies and have ownership over resolution.
  • Educate agencies and policyholders on applicable Amerisure tools, resources and service solutions which could enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyzes and interprets data to identify Claims and Risk Management service solutions to reduce overall loss costs.
  • Monitors execution of service plans and business objectives throughout the lifecycle of the policy.
  • Works in tandem with Agency Managing Director to assure sales and service commitments to agencies and policyholders are aligned and can be executed.
  • Assists with sales prospecting and onboarding of new policyholders.
  • Assists with onboarding of Amerisure employees and agency customers.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred but not required.
  • CPCU, ARM, AIC, or related certifications preferred.
  • 7 years commercial underwriting, commercial agency, loss control, premium audit and/or claims experience.
  • Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and consideration of all options available to find solutions.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization and with external customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to think strategically with supporting analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Capable of organizing, multi-tasking and prioritizing work.
  • Ability to make prompt, intelligent decisions based upon detailed analysis of complex issues.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
