Your Next Career Opportunity – Financial Analyst I, EDGE

This position assists with accounting and financial activities and reporting for SBA's data center business, SBA Edge. The role will involve creating budgets and forecasts for the business unit, updating periodic reporting for senior leadership, administering certain accounting and financial aspects of the business, and running pricing models for new opportunities.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

• Create and maintain budgets and forecasts that project financial statements and key financial targets for SBA Edge.
• Periodically update certain reports (e.g., monthly results, Board Package, Quarterly Accomplishments) to keep senior leadership apprised of the department's financial status.
• Help with Accounting aspects such as billing, accounts receivable, and verifying entries.
• Track key metrics such as active sites and monthly site revenue.
• Work cross-functionally with other team members and groups within the organization.
• Ability to proficiently use data for internal and external databases.
• Prepare or update financial models including for return analyses for new opportunities.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You'll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field of study
• 0-2 years of professional experience in an analytical role(s), with a preference for the telecommunications Industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word,
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
