Ticket Operations Coordinator (Finance)



Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in related field, with two years of experience in related positions; or a
Master's degree in the fields listed above. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may
substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience

Provides continuous customer service with existing clients and maintains retention of existing clients. Responsible for proactive problem solving for ticket customers on various issues. Collaborates in the planning, management, sales, and distribution of both student and faculty/staff tickets. Supervises and coordinates work assignments for ticket office personnel and participates in the maintenance of records for ticket sales.

Responsible for coordinating with USF IT professionals in regards to new and existing ticketing software and products along with maintaining the Website for promotion and management of ticket sales. Collaborates with the ticketing and marketing teams with fan communication channels with email, text, and fan app. Responsible for conceptualizing, writing, proofing, and data insertions in communications with fans on the behalf of ticketing and marketing teams.

Collaborates with Athletics external teams to build robust campaigns to better engage fans. Coordinates the planning and launching of revenue generation campaigns. Collects and analyzes data from various population groups to ascertain and assure the maximum amount of athletic tickets are made available for sale and distribution. Keeps staff apprised of ticket availability and maintains control of unused ticket inventory. Maintains knowledge of ticket plan programs as well as ticket holder preferences.

Monitors and approves daily sales reports and expenses submitted to the Athletics Business Office; ensures accuracy of reports. Oversees the maintenance of financial records and ticket sale records and assists auditors with end of year audits. Co-manages the receipt of revenues generated by ticket sales and deposits monies into proper accounts.

Manages ticketing operations for select special events. Assist with special projects such as bowl game tickets sales and basketball post season games.
