Team Lead - Customer Data Management (Finance)



Job Description:

  • Supervise a team of data analysts and data stewards, ensuring optimal performance and productivity
  • Assign, monitor, and prioritize workload to meet SLA targets
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment
  • Oversee day-to-day operations related to account creation, updates, data validation, hierarchy management, and deduplication
  • Ensure adherence to data governance policies and standard operating procedures
  • Monitor and resolve data quality issues in SFDC and Oracle systems
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve data processes and system integration
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Salesforce and Oracle data structures and workflows
  • Support ongoing system enhancements, UAT, and data migration initiatives
  • Work closely with CRM/ERP support teams for troubleshooting and optimization
  • Track and report on team KPIs, SLAs, and data quality metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on operational data
  • Ensure documentation of processes and training materials are up-to-date
