Director of Housing - Orlando, FL (Administrative)

IN SEARCH OF A  DIRECTOR OF HOUSING FOR OUR FLORIDA MARKET!   $55-58K/YEAR + BENEFITS & MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT

National Property Management Company specializing in student housing is seeking a motivated, customer service focused individual to manage a student housing program in our Orlando, FL market. 

Full-Time Salaried Position- $55-58,000(based on experience) + Benefits + Mileage Reimbursement

Director of Housing Responsibilities include:

• Interfacing with school administrators and students during office hours at the college
• Office on school campus
• Organizing group move-ins for the students
• Coordination of social functions for the students
• Inspecting housing units at properties

• Must have reliable transportation


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Computer proficiency


• The desire to work in a college student environment.


• Some college education, military service, or relevant work experience.


• A background in leasing, multi-family or hospitality management and/or student services experience is a plus.


• Must have a professional attitude and appearance as this position has direct contact with our students/parents and school administration.


• Sales Management Experience: 2 years+


• Customer Service Experience: 5 years+

Salary Minimum: 55000Salary Maximum: 58000
