Customer Service Rep (Sales)

What You'll Get to Do
The Customer Service Representative is focused on processing customer orders, providing product and delivery information, and supporting internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and customer-focused. A vital member of the Customer Service Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products, and services of the organization.
• Accurately process phoned, faxed, and emailed quotes and orders.
• Document customer interactions and transactions.
• Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery dates and times.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Computer experience and accuracy in numeric typing.
