Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Director, PGP Operations Location: Tonawanda, NY (Flexible) Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Director, PGP Operations - Centre of Excellence to join our team! The Director, PGP Operations will lead global improvements in Cylinder Maintenance, Distribution, and Logistics within the Packaged Gases (PGP) Centre of Excellence. This role collaborates with regional and segment leaders to define best practices, drive productivity, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance across Linde's global network. What makes you great: - 15+ years in PGP Operations and Distribution, with deep knowledge of the Linde Operating Model. - Degree in Business, Operations, or Logistics; postgraduate qualification preferred. - Six Sigma Black Belt certification. - Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI. - Strong communication and leadership skills.
