- 1+ years of proven experience in field service or related technical support.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Experience in the fire safety industry or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with fire alarm systems, providing timely solutions to customers.
