Associate Analyst Chargebacks (Administrative)



Job Summary

Under direct supervisor, responsible for processing chargeback submissions and support chargeback related discrepancies.

Perform research necessary for resolution of disputes.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide resolution to incidents or issues.

  • Monitor databases.

  • As directed, address chargeback related inquiries and apply detailed analysis.

  • Monitor email box to ensure timely responses.

  • Maintain relationships with external and internal resources to facilitate timely processing of files and payments.

  • Support Analyst team in the coordination and delivery of training sessions.

 

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume setting.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume setting.

  • Experience in SAP.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$56,160.00 - $78,520.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
