What You'll Get to Do

The Industrial Maintenance Lead is focused on advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment while ensuring safety, reliability, and team support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

 

This role is perfect for an individual who excels at hands-on technical troubleshooting, leads by example, and has a strong safety mindset.  A vital member of the Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

 

Job responsibilities include:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Lead and support team members in resolving technical issues.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed safely and professionally with minimal supervision.
  • Fabricate, weld, and install components using schematics and technical drawings.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in AC/DC systems, VFDs, and power transmission.
  • Ability to read and interpret ladder diagrams and electrical schematics.
  • Skilled in welding, plumbing, and pump repair.
  • Effective communicator with leadership ability and willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
