Global Logistics And Supply Chain Manager (Finance)
Job Description
IntelliSource is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to join a fast-growing manufacturing partner. This full-time, direct-hire GSM will be expected to oversee global logistics coordination, supply chain management, procurement, inventory tracking, and production scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Global Logistics Coordination:
o Manage global logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of raw materials and finished products. o
o Maintain relationships with freight carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
o Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and monitor risks related to global supply chain disruptions
• Supply Chain Management and Procurement:
o Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging, and equipment, ensuring alignment with quality, sustainability, and budgetary goals.
o Build strong supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Inventory Tracking:
o Manage inventory tracking systems to ensure accurate, real-time data on stock levels across global facilities.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory with production schedules and customer demand.
• Production Scheduling Oversight for Operations:
o Oversee the planning process for printing, coordinating with production, sales, and project management teams to schedule and prioritize printing operations based on demand and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or procurement.
• Proven expertise in global logistics, including freight forwarding, customs regulations, and multi-modal transportation.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management
• Experience with operations-related production scheduling is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
