ABOUT OUR ENGINEERING SCIENCES TEAM

As part of our expanding Global Engineering and Scientific consulting team, you will work at the forefront of today's most complex engineering challenges. You will be engaged in analyzing failures of a myriad of products from a variety of industries, but with a heavy focus on large industrial facilities like power plants, Oil & Gas facilities, chemical processing plants, construction, and similar. Outside of that work, you will be engaged in automotive, consumer products, consumer electronics, and medical devices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist project managers in reviewing and proofreading expert reports
  • Assemble, clean, and process raw photos and documents into a standard organizational format
  • Review electronic and hard-copy documents
  • Coordinate schedules between multiple internal and external parties
  • Maintain records on many projects that are ongoing in parallel at different maturity points in the project timelines
  • Communicate with clients in written and verbal formats in a professional, clear, patient, and kind manner
  • Finalize documents into a PDF by combining multiple files. Produce/Download documents via electronic file sharing platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal
  • English speaking and writing. Additional languages, especially Spanish, would be beneficial.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work and "multi-task" by attending to items or scheduling them for appropriate timelines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Desire to receive constructive feedback
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and perseverance
  • Able to constructively work with demanding clients or other parties by maintaining composure and redirecting with positivity
  • Works with others in collaborative settings,
