Home Health Aides (Healthcare)

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide for the Boston area to assist with our client who is in need of support and companionship.

Shifts Available:
Weekday mornings: example 8a-12p or 9a-1p or 10a-2p (sometimes clients request afternoon hours 12pm-4pm)


Job Description:

Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
Assist with light housekeeping
Encourage walking, exercising
Providing stimulating conversation
Activities
Possible transportation to doctor's appointments, shopping, etc.
Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
