Guest Relations Administrator - Signia by Hilton Orlando (Finance)




The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is seeking a full-time Guest Relations Administrator to join their team!

Ideal Candidate will have previous customer service and hospitality experience, open availability, prior experience working at a hotel front desk is required.

Shift Pattern:Open availability and Weekend/holiday availability are required. Between the hours of 7am - 11pm

Pay Rate:$21.58

What will I be doing?

  • Greet guests warmly and offer personalized assistance upon arrival.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the lobby to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, high-touch service.
  • Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth and seamless guest experiences.
  • Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments.
  • Assist with VIP services, group arrivals, and special events.
  • Monitor lobby conditions and report any issues to housekeeping or maintenance.
  • Ensure guest safety by observing and reporting any suspicious activity.
  • Support emergency procedures and assist guests during evacuations if needed.
