- 6+ years of experience in repair and overhaul maintenance, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of repair and overhaul processes and methodologies.
- Experience with maintenance management systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- tSrong communication and leadership abilities.
- SAP experience.
- Lean manufacturing experience
