Front Desk Coordinator- Bilingual (Administrative)

What You Will Do
Answer front desk phone calls and greet everyone coming into the office Deliver mail/packages as soon as they arrive Keep the front office clean and organized daily Clean break room and conference room including dishes and vacuuming Keep office supplies stocked and organized Set up/prepare for New Hire Orientations Support New Hire Orientation paperworkI9s, E-supervision, state registration, retro tax forms, create employee files Support local leadership with expense receipts Other duties as assigned Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

What You Will Bring
In addition to being self-motivated and accommodating, with a passion for being the best, you will
Be fluent in written and conversational Spanish requiredHave a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another similar position Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic HR principles Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Outstanding communication skills Great organizational and multitasking abilities
