Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Finance)

Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting our Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment and hiring process. You will be accountable for coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our talent acquisition function.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our talent acquisition efforts and help us build a strong and diverse team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communication and provide updates throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of recruitment materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as posting job openings and managing recruitment documentation

  • 1+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and people-oriented skills

  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
