The Installation Technician is responsible for the final installation of key components on trucks, ensuring that each vehicle meets high-quality standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering outstanding products to customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and ensures that every truck exceeds company expectations
Essential Duties:
- Hardware Installation: Accurately install hardware components in compliance with quality standards and specific instructions.
- Electrical Systems: Install and connect electrical harnesses and components, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Pneumatic Systems: Install and connect pneumatic hoses, valves, and related components according to work orders and company standards.
- Hydraulic Systems: Install and connect hydraulic hoses, valves, and other components in accordance with quality and safety requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Experience in auto mechanics or similar fields.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Familiarity with 5S principles and continuous improvement processes for workplace efficiency and
- Skill in diagnosing, analyzing, and identifying system malfunctions to determine the source and cause of problems.
