Requirements and Description

ERMC has stations in more than 200 airports. We provide a full range of ground aviation services, from ticketing and ground handling to cabin cleaning and cargo. ERMC also provides operations and maintenance for terminals and support facilities in some of the world's busiest airport locations.

ERMC Aviation is seeking a PBB/BHS Supervisor.

The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of PBB and BHS equipment.
  • Ensure timely and safe docking/undocking of PBBs during aircraft arrivals and departures.
  • Monitor BHS performance and respond to system alarms or stoppages.
  • Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and maintenance teams to minimize delays.
  • Liaise with maintenance contractors or internal engineering teams for preventative and corrective maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in airport ground handling or terminal operations.
  • Proven supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Technical knowledge of BHS and PBB systems.
  • Familiarity with airport safety regulations and emergency procedures.

Standard qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Completing

• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.

• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.

• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.

• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces

• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
