Your Mission

As a Product Marketing Specialist, Emerging Franchises, you will support the Emerging Franchises team in driving successful product launches and marketing campaigns. You will contribute to go-to-market planning and execution across brand, digital, communications, commercial, and partnership channels. This role partners cross-functionally with product management, studio, communications, and finance teams to help bring new IPs to market in an exciting and evolving portfolio.

You are an organized and driven marketer with strong project management skills and a collaborative mindset. First-year success in this role means driving on-time marketing activations, aligning with partners across the org, and delivering high-quality execution in support of key product and business milestones.

This role is based in our Santa Monica, CA headquarters.

What you bring to the table

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Support development of global marketing plans and ensure timely, on-budget execution with cross-functional partners
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver marketing initiatives cohesively and on schedule
  • Manage creative asset reviews and approvals with studio, business unit, legal, and other stakeholders
  • Track and support marketing budgets, working closely with finance, vendors, and contract management to ensure accurate spend and invoicing
  • Assist in crafting product messaging and ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints including websites, blogs, product pages, and social channels
  • Support brand partnerships through executional leadership, coordination with external teams, and event planning and delivery

Minimum Requirements

Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role
  • Demonstrated track record managing marketing campaigns or product launches across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $55,800.00 - $103,230.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
