PR/TLM Implementation Specialist I (Administrative)



The position supports Level II PR/TLM Implementation Specialists in all activities necessary to provide TruPays national client base with system knowledge, while implementing the Payroll and Time and Labor features of the InspireHCM platform including setting up hardware.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in development and implementation of client payroll processAssist in development and implementation of client time and labor or time and attendance process
Assist clients in establishing new earnings/taxes/deductions, assure related systems/reporting continue to provide consistent results and consult with them on best practices
Imports of client employee payroll filesPost Payroll History and balance previous tax liabilitiesMake decisions based on established, current internal policies and proceduresAssure provided timelines are maintained with continued efficiency to ensure the completion of each taskDiagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requestsSpecial projects, as directed
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability
Strong written & verbal English language communication, PC literacy and analytical skillsStrong Excel skillsUnderstands the importance of confidentiality as it relates to sensitive client dataPayroll knowledge including time & attendance managementBasic knowledge regarding federal and state tax complianceStrong math/accounting aptitude and related audit skillsAbility to multitask and meet timelines as related to department responsibilitiesDisplays the ability to work well in a fast-paced environmentFinancial and criminal background check required
