What You'll Do:

Step into a role where every day is an opportunity to make a difference. You'll work closely with Physical Therapists to deliver hands-on, personalized care that changes lives. From guiding patients through rehab exercises to recording progress and celebrating achievements, you'll be involved in every step of the recovery journey.

  • Deliver treatment sessions as directed by the Physical Therapist and physician's care plan
  • Document daily notes and weekly progress updates in compliance with PT Board regulations
  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and inspiring rehabilitation environment
  • Collaborate in patient care conferences and team meetings to ensure whole-person care
  • Provide training and support for nursing staff and Restorative Aides
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers in home programs to ensure lasting results
  • Identify and report equipment needs to keep the department running smoothly
  • Share your knowledge and energy by participating in staff in-service training sessions

What Sets You Apart:
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state
  • Comfortable using clinical software such as Casamba and Point Click Care
  • Strong communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinical procedures and policies
  • Sound problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Enthusiasm for working with people of all backgrounds and abilities
  • Physically capable of meeting the demands of an active, hands-on care environment

Summary of Benefits

We are proud to offer our staff low monthly premium payments for employees and dependents will be as follows:

Generous paid time off for vacation accruing at 4 hours a month, 48 FT or 40 PT annually recurring sick day hours prorated based on hire date, and 7 paid Holidays each year.
