PM Web Administrator (Finance)

Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will be working closely with our client and related project Teams to achieve full PMWeb system utilization with a focus on project and program accounting and reports on PMWeb and lay down framework for future integration.

Role accountabilities:

• Manage and support active directory requests for creating new users, deleting inactive accounts, creating security groups, and ensuring file permissions are properly set
• Some Windows Domain Controller maintenance
• Work with Capital Projects Team members and select client staff to train and support as needed. This may include the preparation of project training documents and templates
• Assist in the development, administration and implementation and use of PMWeb by the Capital Projects team
• Set up all projects within the system for Capital Projects Team members
• Identify problems and research alternatives through discussions and consulting with Capital Projects Team members and peers
• Prepare Business, Functional, and System Requirement documents
• Configure Enterprise application and business processes
• Consulting skills - ability to meet strict deadlines, synthesize information and act upon it.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous high-level usage of PMWeb. It would be an asset if candidate has lead integration of software previously
• Experience training and coaching Team members in regards to software either in a formal or informal settings
• Experience working with busy construction project Teams in a project deadline environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Must be able to articulate complex concepts to people of varying perception levels
• Large-scale project management experience or construction software experience is welcomed like: Bluebeam, Excel, MS Projects, etc
• Good understanding of the construction management project process and the related milestones and reports associated with the project process
• Quick Study, self-starter, not afraid to learn from trial and error

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $125,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
