Shift Pattern: 3-4 days of availability, weekends required ; shifts are 530a-130p weekdays and 6a-2p weekends

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, specifically food service. Weekend availability is a must. Previous hotel experience is a plus!

What will I be doing?

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greet guests as they arrive and provide guidance on where items are located , thank them when they depart

  • Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair

  • Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely , friendly and efficient manner

  • Transport all dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
