Sr Field Service Supervisor (Finance)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Field Service Supervisor to join our team in Chandler, Arizona, providing exceptional service and support to our client. The Senior Field Service Supervisor will lead a team of field service technicians, oversee daily operations, and ensure that all customer service commitments are met. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive operational excellence and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of field service technicians, promoting professional development and fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and recognition for achievements.
- Manage day-to-day field service operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to the Intel client.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for field service tasks to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring satisfaction with field service performance.
- Liaise with Intel's management teams to address any service-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians, assisting with complex troubleshooting and problem resolution in the field.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all service operations.
- Oversee the scheduling and assignment of field service technicians, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient travel arrangements.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment used by the field service team.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management and the client on service performance, challenges, and successes.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in field service management or a related role, preferably in a technology or manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams to achieve operational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call availability as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong technical expertise in semiconductor manufacturing or related industries.
- Previous technical/installation experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Good written and oral communication
- Good presentation skills
