We are currently looking to add a driven and detail-oriented individual for the role of Finance Analyst at our Corporate Support Services office located in Cincinnati, OH for Spring and Summer 2026. As the Finance Analyst, your mission will be to support the F&I team with analysis, research, asset management, and reporting for Messer's diverse investment portfolio. This will span multiple asset classes, including real estate, cash and marketable securities, and venture capital. The ideal candidate will possess a desire for growth, long-term thinking, and a growing familiarity with investment portfolio management, real estate, and treasury management.
What You Will Do:
- Model, analyze, benchmark and report portfolio returns
- Perform market research n a variety of asset classes
- Analyze investment proformas, financial statements, and performance benchmarks
- Create and maintain dashboards detailing portfolio investments, returns and compliance
- Monitor loan compliance
- Project future capital expenditures
- Assist in the asset management of a div ersified investment portfolio including real estate, venture capital and marketable securities
- Ad hoc financial reporting and investment analysis
- Work with marketing to create and maintain department marketing material
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including a strong working knowledge of financial formulas and analysis in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in various investment sectors including real estate, banking, marketable securities and venture capital
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Deadline driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A desire for growth and continuous improvement
